THE DUMFRIES AND GALLOWAY COUNCIL

(VARIOUS ROADS, CASTLE KENNEDY)

(20 MILES PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2024

 

Notice is hereby given that Dumfries and Galloway Council has made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

 

The general effect of the Order is as advertised in the local press on 13 June 2024.

Copies of the made Order, plan TM/W/01/216 and a Statement of Reasons may be inspected between 13/06/2024 and 25/07/2024 at:

www.tellmescotland.gov.uk
or by arrangement (Contact Network Strategy Team on 030 33 33 3000).

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, may within six weeks from 13 June 2024 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
