The Guid Nychburris Town Centre Ride Out is tonight. This is a brand new ride out and leaves Huntingdon Market at 6.30pm.
Our Community Police Officers will be escorting the horses and the cyclists around the route. We ask that you slow down when passing the horses. This ride out is taking place at a slower pace therefore there may be some delays as the parade passes junctions and traffic lights so please be patient.
The route is as follows:
Huntingdon Market via Huntingdon Road, Lockerbie Road, Gullane Way, Birchwood Way, Summerpark Road, Marchfield Road, A701, Edinburgh Road, Academy Street, Church Cresent, Buccleuch Street, Whitesands, Dock Park , stop at Band Stand, St Michaels Bridge Road, Brooms Road, Leafield Road, Annan Road, Cornwall Mount, St Mary’s Street, Huntingdon Road, Huntingdon Market.
For this rideout only cyclists will be taking part and will be at the rear of the horses.
The Guid Nychburris Committee have have asked that those cyclists taking part cycle along behind the horses and you wear a cycling helmet. Please follow instructions from stewards at all times.
