Kids in Twynholm had a cracking time with an Easter egg hunt on Sunday.
Families met in the village garden and were challenged to find six eggs – all a different colour.
They also had to find the hidden letter and arrange them to work out the winning phrase “hot cross buns”.
Everyone rose to the challenge and won a chocolate egg, funded by Twynholm Community Council, and other Easter-themed goodies. There was also the prize of a new book with an Easter theme for Amy Little, who had the best Easter bonnet.
The fun was organised by Easter Bunny Elaine Manson and her daughter Jessica Craig, who handed out prizes, hid the eggs and was the photographer for the day.
There was a great turn out, with kids and adults having lots of fun in the Easter sunshine.
