TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2024
Notice is hereby given that The Dumfries and Galloway Council has made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The general effect of the Traffic Regulation Order is as advertised in the local press on 8 December 2023.
Details of the proposals, with plans TM/A/01/236 and TM/A/01/237, signed Order and a Statement of Reasons may be inspected between 26 January 2024 and 8 March 2024 at:

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, may within six weeks from 26 January apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
