Amazing artwork by Dumfries and Galloway school students goes on display

Amazing artwork by Higher Art and Design students from the region has gone on display at the Gracefield Arts Centre in Dumfries.

With the title, Advance!, the exhibition opened on Saturday to much acclaim with students and teachers sharing the wealth of artworks with the public.

The talented artists are from Annan Academy, Wallace Hall Academy, Sanquhar Academy, Douglas Ewart High School, Dumfries Academy, Moffat Academy, St Joseph’s Academy and Lockerbie Academy.

The exhibition, which is open to the public, runs until February 3 and admission is free.
